Hi I'm Michelle. I have been a sport & fitness enthusiast from as far back as I can remember and so it seemed only right that the next logical step was a career in the field.

 

Having worked with & alongside some of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the field for some time I gained a valuable knowledge & experience skill set that is second to none. Continually striving to learn more in order to stay at the forefront of the industry. Striving to better myself and in turn those who work with me. I have worked with a variety of individuals including Ulster Hockey, Pegasus Hockey, Tyrone GAA, local sports teams & fitness enthusiasts of all ages. 

 

I take pride in my work & have a genuine interest in those I work with.  I am passionate about the job I do & feel very fortunate to work with some fantastic people.

If you’re not the typical “gym lover” small group training sessions make training enjoyable and add a level of support from within the team to keep your motivation strong.
